Plain language, honestly stated. We don't sell on guarantees — every product is tested before it's sold, and the one promise we make is that we'll always be honest with you. If something we sold you is broken or not as described, we'll make it right.
This policy applies to everything you can pay for on abuz8ai.com: downloadable digital products (guides, templates, blueprints, packs) and any paid service engagements (audits, custom builds). Free web tools and waitlists cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund there.
We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee. Digital products are delivered instantly by a time-limited download link after payment, and here is exactly where we stand instead:
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
Paid service engagements (e.g. automation audits, custom builds) are scoped before any payment. If we haven't started the work, you get a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated against what's been delivered. If the final deliverable doesn't meet the agreed scope, we revise it at no charge before any refund question arises.
Email [email protected] with your order email address and, if you have it, the Stripe receipt or session ID. Tell us briefly what went wrong. We aim to respond within 2 business days; where a refund is the right fix, approved refunds are resolved within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
All payments run through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original card or payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
If you have a problem, please contact us first — we're fast and reasonable, and a direct email is the quickest path to a resolution. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can lock the order in dispute and actually delay the fix, replacement, or refund you're owed.
