Plain language, honestly stated. These terms cover everything on abuz8ai.com: the free web tools, the digital products, and any early-access program you join.
1. Who we are
ABUZ8 AI is operated by ABUZ8 LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "ABUZ8" mean ABUZ8 LLC. "You" means anyone who visits the site or uses what's on it.
2. What we offer, and what that means
We offer three different things, and the terms differ slightly for each:
- Free web tools. Many tools on this site run entirely in your browser, or against our infrastructure, at no cost. Free means free — no credit card, no hidden tier required to get the core result. Some advanced features may require an early-access account.
- Digital products. Downloadable guides, templates, and packs. When you buy one, you get a license to use it for your own projects. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves as your own product.
- Early access / waitlists. Some products — including ABUZ8 OS — are not generally available yet. Early access is requested through the request page; joining reserves your place and lets us notify you. It is not a guarantee of a delivery date, and joining is free.
3. "As is" — honest limitations
Our tools and products are provided "as is." AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. We don't warrant that any result is accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or error-free. Always review AI-generated output before you rely on it — especially for anything legal, financial, medical, or otherwise consequential. You're responsible for how you use what the tools produce.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use our tools to create content that is illegal, that harms or harasses others, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you'd be ashamed to put your name on. Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
5. Your content
Anything you upload or type into a tool remains yours. We process it only to produce the result you asked for. We don't claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
6. Payments and refunds
Paid products are processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We don't offer a blanket money-back guarantee — everything is tested before it's sold. If a digital product doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll make it right or refund it, case by case in good faith. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
