THE HONEST VERSION
On March 25, 2026, this became a public project. ABUZ8 LLC is a one-person company in Ohio: founder Ahmad Abu Zait, working side by side with an AI partner, building on a real RTX 5090 rig that sits in the room — not a rented cloud story. That machine is where the models run, where the tools get tested, and where everything on this site was made.
The mission is simple to say and hard to do: sovereign local AI for everyone — models you run on your own hardware, with no cloud lock-in. The long-term case for that lives on the Sovereign AI page. This page is about the road there.
What building in public means here: the numbers on this page are counted from the actual files on disk before they are published. When something breaks, it gets written up on the audit page instead of quietly patched. When something isn't built yet, it is labeled ROADMAP and never sold. There are no revenue claims, no user counts, and no testimonials on this site — because none can be honestly made yet, and we would rather say that plainly than manufacture them.
So far the output is concrete: 169 free tools, 441 blog posts, a 28-product store with Stripe-hosted checkout, and an agentic OS (ABUZ8 OS) in active internal development at v2.55. The next chapter is the hard one — turning real work into the first real customers. That goal is written on the Goals tab of this page, in public, so you can hold us to it.

abuz8ai.com ships on Cloudflare Pages with serverless functions for the API routes and Stripe-hosted checkout for the store. Card data never touches our servers.

The local-first Electron agentic OS is real and in active development — 800+ internal API routes and a self-hosted update channel. There is no public download yet; interest goes through /request.html. We will not fabricate a download link.
The whole site moves to one design system and eight new hub pages ship. The same morning, our sitemap.xml shipped truncated to production — we found it in our own audit, repaired it (422 URLs, parse-verified), redeployed within the morning, and disclosed it on the audit page. That's the build-in-public deal: failures get published too.
The store is live with 28 real, instant-download products and Stripe-hosted checkout. The goal now is the first customers — earned honestly, not manufactured with fake urgency or invented social proof. We publish this goal so you can hold us to it.

No invented users, testimonials, revenue figures, "as seen in" logos, or fake urgency counters — ever. If a number can't be verified, it doesn't go on the site.
Claims are checked against the actual files and live pages before publishing — the tool count, the post count, the product count. Memory and wishful thinking don't count as evidence.
Nothing is sold that doesn't exist. Products in the store are real files you download the moment you buy. Unbuilt ideas are labeled ROADMAP and never carry a buy button.
When we break something — like the truncated sitemap we shipped and repaired on 2026-07-17 — we disclose it instead of burying it. The audit page is the public record.
