I stopped renting. I built a machine, loaded it with open models, and spent six months — in 18-to-60-hour sessions — building an operating system where the intelligence lives on your hardware. I taught myself to work terminal-only so I could audit every line instead of trusting black boxes.

Qadir OS is the distilled result: the part anyone can run and own. Not a wrapper around someone's API. An actual local brain, on your actual computer, that works with the WiFi off.

I only sell what I have personally verified works as advertised. That is the whole sales pitch.

Honest scope: this is early access — there is no public download, and pricing is announced when it opens. The bundled brain is a fast, private 4B model (Gemma-3-4B) — built for ownership, not for impersonating a trillion-parameter cloud. It runs on a normal Windows 10/11 PC (8GB+ RAM recommended; NVIDIA GPU recommended for voice). If you want a frontier model's depth, keep your subscription — and run ABUZ8 OS beside it for everything that should never leave your house.

Unsigned build notice: early-access builds are not yet code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen will show an “unknown publisher” warning on first run. That is expected — verify your build against the SHA256 above. Code-signing arrives with a free 1.0.x update.
