Ground rules
- Never delete a page. Retire by redirect or archive; log it in
INVENTORY.md. - Honest states only. If a backend is down, the page says so. No fake output, no fake spinners, no invented numbers. Counts come from the files on disk.
- Public means public. Cloudflare Pages ignores
.assetsignore. Only files listed as shipped may be insite/; internal material lives inwithheld/. - Vision safety. Nothing flashes, nothing animates above 3 Hz, and
prefers-reduced-motionmust always work. - Preview first. Deploy to the
previewbranch, probe every URL, and promote only when the probe report is clean.
Open work, in order
1 · Bring the GPU online (founder decision)
The pegasus-bridge tunnel routes only bridge.abuz8ai.com to a WebSocket bridge. Nothing serves ComfyUI over HTTP, so every studio tool honestly says “GPU offline”. To change that, the founder adds an ingress rule for a new hostname to port 8188, routes DNS to the tunnel, then sets the same URL in assets/js/abuz8-config.js (GPU_ENDPOINT) and as the GPU_ENDPOINT variable on the Pages project.
Done when: /status shows the GPU live and one studio tool returns a real image.
2 · Restore the Life Hub backend
The login and desk pages are archived because their functions (/api/auth, /api/desk, /api/google-auth, /api/site-config) exist only inside an old deployed bundle. Find the source, put it in functions/api/, then move the pages back into site/.
Done when: a magic-link login completes on a preview deployment.
3 · Prove the one product that is on sale
Make one real test purchase of Verified ComfyUI Workflows and confirm the download arrives from the R2 bucket. Update its line in status.json.
Done when: the purchase, webhook and download all succeed and are logged.
4 · Pages that were asked for and do not exist
No deployment or folder on disk contains a newsletter page, an arcade, or a free-API connectors page. They were not invented. Build them only from the founder’s brief.
5 · Brain route
api.abuz8ai.com currently returns 404, so /api/agent and chat report the brain as unreachable. Restore the tunnel route or leave it honestly offline.
6 · Keep the truth files fresh
Regenerate status.json from the verified agent registry and the newest ledgers; do not use the mission board unless it has been updated (it was last edited on 2026-04-04). Re-run the link audit and the probe after any change.
