Why subscription instead of one-time?
The workforce is a living thing — new agents, model swaps, security patches, skill packs. Subscription keeps it current. Community tier is forever-free if you want to run it as-is and update manually. Concierge install is one-time if you'd rather buy outright.
What does "sovereign" actually mean here?
Every agent runs on your hardware, against your local models. No API keys, no calls to OpenAI or Anthropic. Your files, your conversations, your customer data never leave your network. If your internet dies at 3 a.m., the workforce keeps working.
Do I need special hardware?
Community tier runs on any machine with 16 GB RAM and a modern CPU. To unlock large local models you'll want an NVIDIA GPU with 12 GB+ VRAM (a 4070 or better is comfortable; the whole workforce is battle-tested on a 5090). For Personal/Pro/Studio we help you match tiers to hardware in onboarding.
What's "Early access" and why aren't the paid tiers live yet?
Because the operator refuses to charge before the checkout flow, license server, and installer signing are all verified end-to-end. Reserve your seat and you'll be first through when the Stripe link opens — locked at the launch price for life.
Refund policy?
No refunds on subscriptions (cancel anytime and keep the current billing period). Concierge installs are milestone-billed — you sign off on each phase before the next one starts.
